Time to Unplug | Moncton Wedding Photographer

Summer is a hectic time over here. Between emails, shoots, meetings, weddings, living out of suitcases and seemingly endless editing, it’s not hard to get burned out. While I love this job and the excitement of the season, I was really craving some unplugged time away from the computer…so a hiking getaway to Mount Katahdin with friends came at the perfect time. Sometimes, all you need is a little nature-fix and mountain air to hear yourself think, slow down your mind and reboot. It felt great to push myself  and I’m especially proud that I tackled the (rather terrifying) Knife’s Edge section of the hike too. A few phone pics and many sore muscles made for the best kind of souvenirs…

I don’t know these people…but they thought I looked like someone who could take a decent photo at the peak.
